This class will be held in Idaho City, either at the High School or the Sheriff’s Office depending on the size of the class. Please see class schedule for specific dates and topics.
To take this class students are required to sign a contract and pay an upfront fully refundable fee of $150. The contract requires the student to obtain state licensure by completing and passing the class and fulfilling a commitment of at least 24 hours a month for at least 2 years at which point the fee will be refunded. If for any reason a student is unable to fulfill these requirements they will be responsible for the full cost of the class and any incurred related costs.
All students will be subjected to and must pass a background check through The Department of Health and Welfare. For a list of disqualifying offenses check the CHU brochure page 2 at: https://publicdocuments.dhw.idaho.gov/WebLink/DocView.aspx?id=18188&dbid=0&repo=PUBLIC-DOCUMENTS&cr=1
EBCAD is fully invested in the success of each student. Current EMT’s and administration will be reasonably available for extra hands-on practice and quizzing throughout this class and students are encouraged to take advantage of the additional support.
